Self-efficacy, Emotional Regulation, Communication Competence and Public Speaking Anxiety Towards Students

Public speaking anxiety (PSA) is one of the most common forms disorder, with about in five individuals experiencing this level anxiety. Students undergoing learning process, especially before final examination period, can experience disorder. The factors mentioned be related to emergence public anxiety, namely self-efficacy, emotional regulation, and individual communication competence. Self-efficacy an individual's belief his ability complete tasks. Emotional regulation regulate emotions experienced, competence a skill that have terms speaking. This study aims develop insight into year students who their project or thesis. With research, it expected several approaches will proposed help soft-skills complementing skills convey ideas public.
